Blue Projects is pleased to announce the successful completion of a challenging project, carried out throughout the last 8 months.

In November 2017,  Blue Projects was assigned to support one of its blue-chip Clients in extending its Western European manufacturing facilities, by offering turn-key relocation services.

For this purpose, Blue Projects performed all the activities regarding the Production Lines Relocation: Line equipment movement process, New Layout development and New Equipment installation and integration into lines process flow, along with also Project & Construction Management.

As part of the delivered scope, our team provided installation qualification, start-up and engineering support for this complex project, which included site audits followed by pre-design activities, detailed design with new layout adaptations and software programming adaptations for mechanical, electrical and PLC line equipment.
