BID/ Proposal Manager
Blue Projects is looking for a BID/Proposal Manager in our Warsaw Office.
The new colleague will be working within the Marketing and Business Development Department, being responsible for the proposal of bids to existing or prospective clients. The perfect candidate is able to undertake the entire bidding process, adding value to each and every project prospect.
How the ideal candidate would be?
- Strong and confident communicator
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, customer responsive
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Native Polish, English at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)
- Min. 2 years’ experience on a similar position
- Real estate/construction experience
- Bachelor’ degree in technical sector (design, construction/ industrial/ mechanical) / economics
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Problem-solving skills
- Relationship-building and influencing skills
- An interest in the sector in which your employer operates, coupled with a willingness to keep up to date with industry trends, regulations and legislation

What are the responsibilities ?
- Managing the bidding projects end to end with involving the cooperating roles from within the company (eg. technical, legal);
- Contributing to setting up the proposal and the strategy;
- Applying rigor in the bidding and negotiation process keeping in mind the business goals
- Prepare and participate to client presentations, tender documentation;
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Preparing prequalification packages
- Enter and maintain leads into CRM as needed; prepare regular reports;
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.;
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans;
- Contributing to the ongoing development of processes, tools, content and templates promoting new initiatives;
