Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing industrial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment on site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Available to relocate periodically on clients’ site
