France – Marketing and Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a real passion for business. They will be organized and approach each issue with proactiveness, always looking for a win-win.




  • Market research and benchmark analyses on trends and innovations in the construction/real estate industry for France Market
  • Development of relevant market and potential analyses;
  • Expansion and development of a network for targeted customer approach and customer retention
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
  • Preparing and participating to client presentations
  • Pre-qualification and tender documentation preparation when required
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships;
  • Entering and maintaining leads into CRM as needed; (Salesforce)
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan;
  • Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success;
  • Maintaining relationships with multiple interfaces (management, clients, vendors, media);




  • Strong and confident communicator
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent French & English
  • Copy writing skills are required
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Min. 3-5 years’ experience on similar position
  • Construction market experience is a plus
  • Available for travel/business trips
  • Bachelor degree in marketing/ communications represents advantage
