Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate people according to their needs.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Purchase office stationeries, and keep records of collections and disbursements.
Archive hard and soft copies of company administrative documents.
Assist with catering for meetings.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
Conduct researches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
Order and dispense supplies.
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages.
Excellent social and communication (orally and in writing) skills
Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Previous experience in an administrative role is considered an advantage
Capacity to meet specific deadlines and prioritize
Good planning and organizing skills
Proactive and able to work under pressure
Displays positive thinking and a great sense of humor
Ensures confidentiality and integrity in accordance with company policy
