What would the ideal candidate look like?

  • University degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the UK in the construction field.
  • Previous experience with large industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software, specifically MS Project.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD systems.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, integrity, and accountability.
  • Willingness and availability for project-related travel and relocation.

What are the responsibilities?

  • Take charge of diverse construction projects, overseeing them from inception to successful completion.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with various stakeholders, including industrial clients, vendors, contractors, and external organizations, ensuring open lines of communication.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Uphold stringent construction standards and proper techniques through a robust quality control program.
  • Monitor project costs diligently, taking proactive measures to optimize expenses while maintaining quality.
  • Assist in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions in line with organizational objectives.
