Every construction project is unique and, as such, it requires a high level of commercial and technical management expertise. Our Cost Managers and Contracts Managers are experienced in dealing with contract documentation, company and project finance and legal matters which play a critical part in the commercial and financial success of a construction project.

Capital budgeting & cost controls are established in accordance with the project WBS. Cost estimates, price-risk and contingency are evaluated and cash-flow forecasts are developed. During execution, actual expenditure and estimated costs are reported, supported by change control procedures and claims management.

Procurement, contract and vendor management follows an agreed contracting strategy and sourcing plan. Suppliers and contractors are pre-qualified for the tender and adjudication process. A bid analysis and recommendations are presented to clients and invoices are validated for payment. Contract close-out covers guarantees, warranties and performance bonds.
