We are proud to present to you our latest completed project, with the Pan-European logistics property investor-developer – P3 Logistics Parks, with whom we already have an existing trading partnership which involves the rendering of business and management consultancy services, along with related engineering, technical, architecture and specialized design services.

P3 Romania is a company which is constantly developing its warehouse – Bucharest Industrial Park. It has contracted Blue Projects as General Designer and Consultant for various units within the park. The services provided to that extent are:

• Design;
• Permitting;
• Contract Management;

In Romania, P3 owns and manages 12 buildings with a total rentable area of 315,523 sqm. These units are located in Bolintin Deal, in the area of Chiajna village, approximately 13 km west of Bucharest’s city center, with direct access to the A1 motorway.

Construction of this park began in 2005 and currently comprises 12 warehouse buildings.
