Position: Utilities/MEP Engineer – Design and Execution for Industrial Projects

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire fighting systems for industrial projects.
• Review project specifications to define utilities requirements.
• Create detailed 2D/3D designs for utilities systems, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to understand and refine project requirements.
• Prepare and execute comprehensive action plans for utilities system implementation.
• Identify and implement system improvements, ensuring rigorous quality assurance.
• Create, verify, and validate all Material Take Offs (MTOs) related to utilities systems.
• Present detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions related to utilities.
• Continuously monitor and report on the progress of utilities projects to all stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required for project assignments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and executing industrial projects.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D design software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in industrial settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
