Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Project Manager with a strong mechanical background to join our team in Belgium. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing industrial projects and possess a deep understanding of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage industrial projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and interpret P&IDs and other technical documentation.
• Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of P&IDs and industrial processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Available to relocate periodically on clients’ site
