Junior Project Manager (Construction)

Job description:

  • Cooperate with other disciplines like process, packing and utilities
  • Monitoring construction progress and Informing the client on the work progress
  • Contacting Investor, General Contract and Subcontractors and suppliers
  • Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure that works is in compliance with plans and specifications, schedule and cashflow
  • Oversee the tender specifications and be able to cooperate with the Company and Client administrative and legal department
  • Ensuring the planning and observation of contractual provisions within the deadlines set forth by the contract and design

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of English
  • At least 2 years previous experience in construction/site management preferably in industrial sector
  • Proactive, detail oriented, responsible and committed,
  • Readiness to relocation as per business needs
