Junior Project Manager (Construction)
Job description:
- Cooperate with other disciplines like process, packing and utilities
- Monitoring construction progress and Informing the client on the work progress
- Contacting Investor, General Contract and Subcontractors and suppliers
- Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure that works is in compliance with plans and specifications, schedule and cashflow
- Oversee the tender specifications and be able to cooperate with the Company and Client administrative and legal department
- Ensuring the planning and observation of contractual provisions within the deadlines set forth by the contract and design
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of English
- At least 2 years previous experience in construction/site management preferably in industrial sector
- Proactive, detail oriented, responsible and committed,
- Readiness to relocation as per business needs
