Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in the field of technology engineering
• Proven working experience in project management, site management in the construction sector for FMCG Industry
• At least 5 years previous experience in Project Management
• English knowledge
• Good CAD software skills (AutoCAD, Revit will be an advantage)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Availability to travel

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the Construction Project:
• Managing project budget;
• Planning and schedule project timelines;
• Responding for Project’s compliance with legal regulations
• Managing subcontractors on site to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Ensuring the compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Handling the quality management system, making sure the quality standards are met;
• Communicating efficiently with the clients’ representatives, for the purpose of ensuring quality conditions and providing best practices in carrying out various tasks;
• Carrying out risk assessment;
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
• Reporting to management as needed;
• Informing the client on the works progress;
