Position Overview: Blue Projects is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Control Specialist with expertise in electrical networks installation and commissioning for an upcoming project in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and functionality of electrical systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and assessments of electrical networks installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including electrical engineers, contractors, and project managers, to coordinate technical activities and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Review and evaluate electrical design documentation, including drawings, schematics, and technical specifications, to identify and address any technical issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor and evaluate construction progress related to electrical systems, identifying potential risks or deviations from plans and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Perform quality assurance tests and commissioning activities on electrical equipment and systems, ensuring proper installation, functionality, and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, addressing any technical inquiries or challenges that may arise during the project.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Must have: CERTIFICATE of an expert carrying out expert work and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and

• construction activities. By specialization: For objects of the first level of responsibility – in terms of technological equipment
• Proven experience in technical control or quality assurance of electrical networks installation and commissioning, preferably in the FMCG industry or similar industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing electrical systems in industrial projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English and Russian; proficiency in Kazakh is advantageous.
