Our team working on the Expo Business Park office development in Bucharest achieved an important project milestone: the façades of all 3 buildings were finalized by the GC Bog’art in mid-April.

Blue Projects was contracted by Portland Trust in May 2017 to provide project and cost management, tendering and health & safety management for their new investment in Bucharest.

Expo Business Park is located on Expozitiei Blvd, an area with huge potential for commercial and residential developments. More info about the development can be accessed here.
