GreenWEEE expanded its capacity by an impressive 40%, reaching a recycling capacity of 140,000 tons per year with the inauguration of its third factory.

Procurement Strategy:

  • Created a robust construction procurement strategy tailored to the project’s needs.
  • Collaborated with the client to develop terms and conditions of contractor agreements, ensuring clarity

Tender Documentation and Analysis:

  • Prepared comprehensive tender documentation to attract qualified contractors.
  • Conducted contractor tenders, issued answers to bidders’ requests for clarification, and held interim meetings to address any raised issues.
  • Undertook detailed analysis of tender returns and provided recommendations for tender awards.
  • Negotiated contract terms and conditions with tender winner and facilitated contract signing.

3. Construction Phase

Site Supervision “Dirigentie de Santier”, for CIVIL and for MEP works

  • Carefully evaluated the Constructor’s proposals in the QA plan in accordance with Law 10/1995.
  • Monitored execution of works to ensure compliance with contractual specifications and approved any necessary modifications.

Project Management:

  • Monitored and regularly reported progress against the contract construction program.
  • Organized and chaired site progress meetings, maintaining up-to-date records of all agreements and minutes.
  • Managed defect inspections and ensured timely production of defect lists by the design team and contractor.
  • Established quality control standards and procedures, monitoring their implementation throughout the project.

4. Completion Phase

Commissioning, Assigning, and Taking-over:

  • Prepared a commissioning strategy and allocated roles and responsibilities for each party involved in the commissioning process.
  • Monitored and coordinated the commissioning progress, witnessing tests, and inspections.
  • Assisted in state commissioning and signing of the State Commissioning Certificate for the completed project.
  • Facilitated the project handover from the General Contractor to the Client, ensuring all required documentation was complete and accurate.
