In Cyprus, three retail centers – Mall of Cyprus, Annex 4, and Mall of Engomi – achieved LEED v4.1 O+M: Existing Buildings – Gold level certification.

Through the involvement of Blue Projects and our partner BuildGreen, these developments by Atterbury Europe became the first retail centers in Greece and Cyprus to reach this level of performance.
