The project includes design, permitting, procurement and construction management services for production facilities expansion and a new build warehouse.

The first Blue Projects person will step in Taiwan in the following two weeks. The project is expected to be completed through the second half of 2024.

A beautiful country! Taiwan was called for a very brief period in late 1800s as “Republic of Formosa”.

The name Formosa dates from 1542 when Portuguese sailors sighted an uncharted island and noted it on their maps as Ilhan Formosa (“beautiful island”). The name Formosa eventually “replaced all others in European literature” and remained in common use among English speakers into the 20th century.
