Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Project Manager to join our team in Belgium. As a Civil Project Manager at Blue Projects, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex industrial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve exceptional project results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage industrial civil projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
• Available to relocate periodically on clients’ site
