To support the successful implementation of a new Beads process (packing/making), which includes a warehouse expansion and utilities implementation, we are seeking an experienced Construction Planner (Scheduler) to join our team. This role is critical for supervising and controlling the construction schedule, ensuring timely execution and compliance with local and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Hoylu), covering all phases of construction, including design, procurement, and execution.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports, capturing performance, potential delays, and corrective actions. Keep records of meeting notes, action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Consistently track the project’s progress, ensuring it stays aligned with the planned timeline and making adjustments as necessary.
• Assess how any changes impact the project timeline and implement necessary updates, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather updates on the project’s status and resource allocation.
• Ensure all project-related documents, including schedules, changes, and reports, are maintained accurately and up to date.
• Identify potential scheduling risks and develop strategies to address them, minimizing disruptions to the overall project schedule.
• Provide training to project teams on scheduling tools and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Microsoft Project.
• Proven track record in construction planning, scheduling, or project management.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
