MEP Installations Site Engineer

Blue Projects Hungary is looking for a skilled MEP Site Engineer, with HVAC, sanitary and/or electrical background. Candidates must be available for relocation or commute regularly to South-East Hungary (near Szeged).

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team regarding HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of HVAC, sanitary  and electrical systems into the overall project
  • Review the project specifications to define requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Creating and verifying necessary documentation, reports, etc.
  • Coordinate with the rest of the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of electrical, sanitary and HVAC systems (Minimum 5 years’ experience)
  • Proficiency in using computer HVAC design tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and Ms Office programs.
  • Solid knowledge of the Hungarian and European norms and regulations
  • Strong Hungarian language skills preferred; a minimum B2 level of English required, as English is the company’s communication language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to conduct meetings with clients and respond to client’s demands in due time and with comprehensive solutions
  • An initial one year fixed-term employment contract is planned
  • Open to relocating to South-East Hungary (Szeged region) – On-site presence expected 3 to 5 days per week.
