Mr. Barber held a speech for this significant moment in the history of South Africa, namely, 23 years of freedom and democracy and the centenary of diplomat Oliver Reginald Tambo, who played a significant role in the liberation of South Africa. He stated that Romania and South-Africa have been strengthening and expanding their business liaisons.

We strongly believe that Romania represents a resourceful arena for South-African investment and trading opportunities, as a gateway to European investment for South-African companies. Romania’s key advantages in terms of very competitive income & profit taxes, labor costs and skilled workforce continue to attract major private investors and offer a strong leverage in investment decisions. Further to this, Romania is a country full of well educated, hardworking and vibrant people that are dedicated and passionate to develop not only themselves but also their futures
