With nearly 15 years of industry experience, Mr. Karaboga will be responsible for overseeing all of the company’s business operations in Russia & CIS, where Blue Projects has been active over the last 4 years, working with some of the world’s foremost blue-chip companies.

Prior to joining Blue Projects, Mr. Karaboga served as Project Manager and Senior Commercial Manager and managed to attain an impressive list of accomplishments across the construction industry.
