Blue Projects was appointed by a food company, to help with broader leadership and oversight/technical support for the line 9 LSL CI startup and commissioning work for process through filler to enable the company to focus staffing to other areas of the packing area startup.
The objectives of the requested support are to provide startup and commissioning leadership and technical support for line 9 LSL CI project, with a focus on the process through filling area. This is an extension and additional engagement of our PM support for the line 9 LSL CI startup and commissioning, encompassing not only the process area but also the post process area up to and including the filling area to enable reallocation of current client resources to other priority areas of packing.
