Star Foods Romania has appointed Blue Projects to provide Design Management, Tendering, EPCM, Process Engineering Services for the warehouse extension project, estimated at 1,200 sqm located in Popesti Leordeni, Ilfov, Romania.

Star Foods is a company in the Romanian food industry . The company owns a factory of chips and other salty snacks in the town of Popești-Leordeni (Ilfov County). Star Foods Romania was acquired by PepsiCo in November 2004. It is the largest chip producer in Romania, owning the Lay’s chip brand. The company also carries out distribution activities for other food producers, the biggest partner being Chipita. Chipita is the largest player in the packaged croissants segment in Romania, with the “7 Days” brand.
