Overview

After delivering many successful projects, Blue Projects has once again provided its qualified services for one of P&G’s plants in the Czech Republic.

Rakona Capacity Increase project was a brown field expansion, consisting of a new building and structural changes within the existing facilities on Rakona site. The project involved developments into a fully operational packing department and one major building extension housing the new making and packing line, late product differentiation equipment and palletizing equipment.

During the execution project, Blue Projects was responsible of preparing the concept design, tender package, Lead Construction or assessment during bidding process (specifically in the areas of safety, quality, cost, planning/ scheduling); Managing and coordinating the construction in line with P&G guidelines: Safety, Quality, Cost, Planning/ Scheduling, Constructability, Contractor Mobilization.
