A leading Beauty Brand selected Blue Projects to manage and execute the turnkey relocation of four production lines, designated as lines L22, L23, C3, and C4. These lines, which were operational, included production equipment, line furniture, format sets, format cupboards, and associated documentation.

The project entailed relocating these lines from a factory in Germany to a new facility in Spain and preparing them for immediate production. Blue Projects was tasked with overseeing the entire relocation process, including the organization of materials, services, and resources.
