Overview
Blue Projects was contracted by farmland developer Jantzen Development to provide a variety of services for a large-scale farm in Amzacea, Constanta County: design and contract review, program and project management, cost control, quality management and site supervision.
This state-of-the-art farm has a total gross area of 3,500 sqm; its main goal is to streamline the cultivation of grains, by increasing the corn, wheat and rapeseed production and storing them in optimum conditions. The latest equipment and technology will be used to meet the production targets. The Constanta Black Soil farm includes silos and buildings for agricultural machinery. Jantzen Development owns and operates another modern farm in Romania, located in Ialomita County.
