Overview

Globalworth Industrial, the logistics and light-industrial sub-brand of office developer Globalworth, has contracted Blue Projects to provide monitoring and cost control services for two logistics parks in Romania:

• Lazu Logistics Park in Constanta County
• Chitila Logistics Park in Ilfov County

Both projects will be built in phases – initially 21,000 m2 at Lazu and 22,800 m2 at Chitila – and are designed to suit a variety of business needs: production, storage and logistics operations. They are located close to major Romanian cities: Lazu has easy access to Constanta, the country’s largest port, and Chitila is near the capital.
