Services offered
We are pleased to share an important project delivered for PepsiCo– a High-Bay warehouse located in Poland, in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
The project has successfully obtained the building permit, and construction started 1st quarter of 2026.
This development marks another High-Bay facility designed by the Blue Projects team, reinforcing our experience in large-scale, automated warehouse projects.
Our scope covered the full design process, including: Concept Design, Building Permit Design, Tender Design required for the selection of the construction contractor.
The project comprises a fully integrated logistics complex, including the High-Bay warehouse, Low-Bay warehouse, office and technical buildings, and the automated connection bridge, with a total net area of approx. 10 800 m².
Key parameters:
🔹 High-Bay warehouse height: ~38.9 m
🔹Structure type: rack-clad / self-supported
🔹Storage system: 6 aisles, 15 storage levels
🔹Total storage capacity: 28,584 pallets
This fully automated High-Bay warehouse was designed using BIM tools, leveraging the team’s experience to efficiently connect information from 3D models and 2D documentation.
This approach enabled effective coordination between architecture, structure, and warehouse automation, ensuring a coherent and well-integrated logistics solution within the broader production ecosystem.
We would like to thank the PepsiCo team for their trust and cooperation, as well as the warehouse structure and automation supplier, throughout the design process.
Strong collaboration and shared experience are key to successfully delivering complex High-Bay projects of this scale.
