Overview

The Napoleon Project is an 80 million euro investment at the Pringles factory in Kutno, Poland, Kellogg’s second largest European manufacturing facility. The project involved the installation of a third Pringles chips manufacturing line, housed in a 13,000 m2 building.

After completing the Carolus Project in February 2015, Blue Projects was contracted again by Kellogg to assist with 3D design and full EPCM services for the Napoleon Project. Our team’s role was to integrate all the necessary disciplines, from technical detailed design to packaging, construction management and project management.

“In project management you will always encounter challenging moments, having that said it was a pleasure to work with Blue Projects. I feel grateful for the efforts they made in order to deliver a good result in a timely manner. As a result our collaboration turned into a  durable partnership.”
