Blue Projects was enlisted to provide support for Process Integration and Construction Management during the Pre-Engineering Phase at a food company’s facility in St. Iria, Portugal. The objective of this phase was to facilitate the connection of new tanks and equipment as per the company’s requirements.

The project deliverables included:

• Inventory of existing equipment in the Milk Room.
• Development of conceptual Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) outlining the necessary modifications.
• Estimation of the budget for the entire project, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Estimation of the project schedule and definition of scope, enabling efficient planning and resource allocation.
