Blue Projects provided a detailed mobilization study to ensure a planned project would work within a brownfield site, contributing to the definition of conceptual construction and execution layouts within the existing confines of their Facility. Through the implementation of a detailed planning roadmap and close consultation with the client, the BP team defined the planned construction phases and built out detailed mobilization requirements during each phase to ensure that execution would operate optimally and without disruption to operations.
The comprehensive scope of works encompasses:
Integrated Schedule Development: Blue Projects meticulously reviewed the master schedule and provided an integrated schedule of key activities, aligning with business plan milestones as outlined by the Client.
Construction Implementation Plans: Detailed plans, including annotated layouts and drawings, were crafted for the main phases of the project, including: Site Mobilization/Deployment and Demolition Works, Civil Infrastructure Works, sequenced building construction phases to allow unencumbered construction of each unit within the planned facility.
Each implementation plan considered the following key elements in their respective phases:
- Demolition Works
- Warehousing Requirements (with estimated quantities and area specifications)
- Construction Area Zoning
- Crane Locations and Requirements, integrated as part of area zoning
- Temporary Service Requirements Estimation
- Estimation of Quantities required for Amenities (Access Control, Containers Yard, Ablutions, Workshops, etc.)
- Site Boundary and Security Requirements
