• Issue nonconformity preventive/ corrective action
• Receive Material approval requests and verify compliance with the specs and design
• Implement document control and numbering plan
• Implement design execution changes to reflect the As Built
• Issue and review BVOA for technical options
• Prepare Pre-Construction Information (on client request)
• Prepare a BIM Execution Plan and appendixes
